Metal FDM — Markforged Metal X
In-house metal sintering via the Markforged Metal X. Produces durable metal components for tooling, brackets, and low-volume industrial parts.
LPBF — Metal Powder Bed Fusion
High-density metal parts via Laser Powder Bed Fusion, available through our production network. Materials include Ti6Al4V, Inconel 625/718, 316L, AlSi10Mg, and CoCr — for aerospace, medical, and tooling applications.
SLS / MJF — Production Polymer
Powder-bed polymer printing via SLS and HP Multi Jet Fusion, through our production network. Ideal for durable, isotropic end-use parts and medium-volume production in PA12.
SLA — Formlabs Form 4L
High-resolution resin printing on the Formlabs Form 4L. Specialist resins including flame retardant, ESD, and Alumina 4N ceramic-filled — for detailed models, tooling, and functional prototypes.
